Third Cat Abuse Video Found at Teens’ Home

A third video of animal abuse has been found as investigations are carried out in the home of two teenagers seen abusing Dusty the Cat. According to KWSO Lawton, the Comanche County Sheriff’s investigation uncovered a video depicting the abuse of a white and black cat, who has now also been rescued.

One might ask why the second cat was left in the home after Dusty’s rescue, despite overwhelming evidence to the fact that the teens were a danger to animals. The second cat was only removed from the house on Tuesday, two days after Dusty was taken into care.

In any case, the courts have assured neither pet will be abused again, and that both have been now been treated and are doing well. The teenagers’ fate on the other hand is still to be decided. Kenny Glenn, already no stranger to the juvenile system, and his brother will both appear before a Judge early this week.

A subsequent jury trial is not unlikely, but as both boys are minors their records will remain sealed. Nevertheless,  the likely punishments could include detention in court custody, psychological counseling, community service and court monitoring until they turn 18.

Whatever the eventual punishment, it will be unlikely to appease many of those unfortunate enough to witness the teens’ actions. However as the boys’ life and personal details have now been published all over the internet, their real punishment is far more likely to come from the lasting shame of this public spectacle.
